THE 4TH URAL – ALTAY PEN CENTRES SOLIDARITY NETWORK CONFERENCE

Dear Colleagues,
We have the honor and the pleasure of inviting two delegates of your Centre to the 4th Ural – Altay PEN conference, organized jointly by the Uyghur PEN Centre and the writers of Crimean Tatars in Crimea in Ukraine (Hotel Moscow Simperopol-Crimea).
You are welcome to participate in the discussions and/or prepare paperson the proposed themes. In order to discussions and to prepare theconference material the papers should reach us before the end of May.
During the conference prepared papers will not be read but summarized soas to allow more time for reactions and discussion. Attached you willfind more documents and registration form. Ural-Altay PEN networkCentres, PEN Centres of the PEN International and writers from the regionare very welcome.
Attached you will find the provisional programme of the meeting as well as the Program Registration form. We kindly ask you to return theregistration form as soon as you could.
If you need a visa, you should let us know as soon as possible, so thatwe can send you the guarantee letter needed for it.
The official languages of the conference will be Turkic, English, (wehope + Ukrainian and Russian too)
